The word perfect is defined - free from any flaw or defect -Flawless, ultimate, optimal, peak, excellent, exemplary, best, ultimate, unequaled, matchless, unparalleled, beyond compare, out of this world. This is the kind of season we want.
Perfect the proccess means to take that day, and that day only, and do it to the best of your ability. To have a "Perfect the Process" mindset is not a one day project it is consistantly striving for your best every day in all aspects of our life.
THIS CREATES GREATNESS
Perfecting the Proccess at it's finest. Wanting to run no matter the consequences. You would cry to if it happend to you.
SPECIFIC GOALS
1. Eat within 30 minutes after completing exercise.
2. Get 8-10 hours of sleep each nights
No Phones or Electronic devices in your room.
3. Be 10 minutes early to practice
4. REport 100% of your mileage
5. KNow your pace for each workout before it starts
6. Eat protien rich foods 30 minutes - 1 hour before you go to bed.
