STEP 1 -DELIBERATE PRACTICE
Deliberate practice is performing every task with a purpose. NOTHING is RANDOM or done just to be done.

24 hour athlete - Being a good running is not just during the 2 hours of practice it is the other 22 hours as well. SLEEP, EAT Well
STEP 2 - WEEKLY REFLECTION

To continuously improve a person must Identify area they could improve and work to making them better.

STEP 3 - GOAL SETTING
A LOT OF SMALL CHANGES OVER TIME PRODUCE BIG RESULTS

Perfect the processes - Be the best you can be that day. Don't worry about the past or future just make each day perfect.

Understand the final goal but focus on the HOW to get there.

Before the workout - Sleep, eat right, Snack, warm-up

During the workout​ - Hit pace, Be alright with pain, Know the purpose.

After the workouts​​ - Post workout recovery food, roll-out​, sleep, stretch, Epsom salt and ice bath

STEP 4 -DISCIPLINED - Master Yourself
Train oneself to do something in a controlled and habitual way
