​Run With the Pack 5k & Time Trial # 2

RUNNING LIKE A PACK OF WOLVES Boys

This was a great race and showed what our teams potential is this year and how important team work is to a teams success. Our boys team has been really focused the last couple of week. They have worked hard and have been focused on improving with each other and there has been a big transformation. This team is now showing how good we are and what our potential can become. Ammon Baker was the front runner with a huge improvement on the course. He was followed very closely behind Payton, Levi, McKay and Tyson. The boys spead 1-5 was a very impressive 9 seconds.

Girls

I was extremely impressed with the girls team. Sam, Zoe, Katie, Kayzia and Kim became the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 7th fastest runners on our time trial course since I have been coaching. This is without Katie Coleman and Rachel Rigbey running who would both be up there in the mix. There was a big showing from Abigail and Kara who are both new to running this year and finished 6th and 8th on the team.

The team this year has a potential to doing great things. Keep that fire, keep working hard, keep that focus, keep believing in yourselves and keep working together and miracles will happen this year!
