Distance Runner ran well at simplot
Payton Ramynke and Ammon Baker both PRd in the 3200. . Justin, Levi and Ducan all ran their first mile since last May and performed super well. Levi PRd by 6 seconds, Duncan By 12 Seconds and Justin by 25 seconds. I am really proud with how the everyone ran. They were mentally prepared and ran with heart in their respective races. I was really proud moment as a coach. These pr's are essecially impressive becuase there has been very little specific training just a good aerobic build.
